Here we go with Kitten and Flower Kits along with the individual pattern release! Hooray! We have our beautiful little Kitten and Flower pattern ready to purchase individually OR it is included for FREE with the purchase of our Kitten and Flower Kits.
This project initially appeared in Making Magazine No. 14 / Inside. So if you have that magazine you will already have the pattern. The copyright has shifted to us now so we are happy to offer it to you as an individual pattern.
We have several kit colorways from which to choose for both the kitten and flower, make your own combinations. This project is adorable, sweet, and completely charming. Plus, it’s a fairly quick knit. It makes the perfect gift for kitten lovers of any age.
Included in the Kitten & Flower Kit:
* Enough Woolens yarn to make one Kitten and one Flower in your color choice, pick your own combination.
Please note that for these kits, the Snowbound (creamy white) is being replaced with our similar sport weight Birch (creamy white) in our Wisconsin Woolen Spun.
Kitten color choices:
Putty (light gray/oatmeal) with Snowbound (creamy white) accent (this is the sample colorway!)
Inkwell (dark charcoal gray) with Snowbound accent
Wells (medium heathered gray) with Snowbound accent
Flower color choices:
Thulian (heathered coral) center, Door County (red) petals (this is the sample colorway!)
Thulian center, Belle (deep rosy heathered pink) petals
Thistle (heathered lavender) center, Fig (eggplant purple) petals
Greenland (icy mint green) center and Loch (teal blue) petals
* A cut length of black string for the eyes, and a cut length of pink Home Fingering yarn for the nose. (Please note that the sample has white sewing thread for whiskers which is not included in the kit.)
