Shipping Information: Big Ol' Bear kits will begin shipping the week of September 14th.
Big Ol’ Bear is a larger-scale lovable character, measuring 16.5-inches from toe to ear. The bear is a huggable, squishy friend for any and all ages. You could do the winter-y version I have here, or you could make the sweater in your favorite team-color stripes, or just simply knit in a child’s favorite color.
The charming homespun appearance is enhanced by our beautifully soft and rustic Wisconsin Woolen Spun Worsted yarn. Big Ol’ Bear has fairly simple construction and with the worsted yarn and bigger needles this would be a good first toy-knit. And, of course, for experienced toy-knitters this new bear project will be as smooth as a golden drop of honey on your toast.

* Enough Wisconsin Woolen Spun Worsted to make one bear, one sweater, and one scarf. The following colorways are included, Stone (brown/gray heather), Oats (creamy oatmeal), Jam (red), Forest (dark green).
